Shaping our realities: Environments, minds, and beliefs
No matter how we grow up, we are blessed with the ability to heal and change our belief systems to create the realities we dream of. This page explores how the environments we inhabit (internally and externally) profoundly influence who we become, and how we can consciously evolve beyond those early imprints.

Unpacking environmental impacts
It is crucial for humans to understand how the environments in which we frequent impacts our minds, habits, and beliefs because there are aspects of ourselves that we mistakenly believe are "just how I am." In reality, these are often concepts solidified at a young age and carried into adulthood, not truly our own. Recognizing this empowers us to heal, rid ourselves of, change, and evolve any unfavorable aspects. Mindset shifts are detrimental to our authentic evolution.

My journey of healing and transformation
I left the abusive household I grew up in. For years after, I struggled due to who I thought I was and deserved because of how I was treated, who my young impressionable mind was told I was, and what I believed about myself, life, and others. Once I met my husband, my entire life shifted for the better. He helped me realize I was worthy and deserving of unconditional love, when all I had known was conditional love.

Embracing authentic evolution
I began weeding out the lies, the evil, the broken, the outdated, and refilling and integrating into my mind the beautiful truths about myself and this beautiful life
I have been learning to let my light shine, no matter who feels uncomfortable about it, no longer dimming myself to "fit in", please others, and make them feel more comfortable.
I was used, abused, and left to rot when I was at my lowest with a self-esteem that solely lied within what I could provide for others, my body, and my beauty.
I now have a strong foundation of who I am based off the truth that I am worthy because I exist, because I am good, because I am me, because I breathe
The way we speak internally shapes our outward realities.
Changing Course
If we are parasite ridden in our soul, we will create harm, unfavorable experiences, pain, etc. We will keep living in the hell we feel inside.
The work to heal is not for the faint of heart, but I do believe anyone can do it if they want it enough.
I fought for my life internally for the last five years to become who I know I am at my core
So many lies, generational curses/cycles, other people's pain and beliefs ontop of my own
I took my life back by saying 'this ends with me' and not stopping until I felt free, and I am still going.
Now I build
I mean... I really broke some generational habits, paths, curses, beliefs, actions that poisoned the people before me. I felt their pain, heard their cries, along with my own. I also felt their cheers for the liberation I have brought for myself and future generations. I did what they ultimately weren't meant to
The best thing I learned to do was say no when I mean it and yes when I mean it
It is actually so important to heal because what we choose to continue carrying will be passed to our children; dictating our lives and theirs
I don't know about you but I'll be damned my children suffer the way I, and my predecessors, did
The sickness ended with me. The fortune begins with me and will continue for every generation after me.
In the process, I have become a master of self; don't get me wrong, I will continue evolving the rest of my life, but now it is about building rather than tearing up the previously laid foundations.
I do this, not only for me and my wellbeing, but for every single person born of my rejuvenated blood; for everyone being I interact with
We get to choose our actions, our beliefs, our thoughts, our responses. We are blessed with choice, use it wisely, use it to cultivate life
Embrace your True Self
You get to decide who you are, regardless of what any other person has to say about you. You are a different person to every person you meet; people will always have their opinions of you. Live your life true to you... your people will find you
